I have worked hard to make my business cards memorable, or at least to make them too pretty to throw away. It seems to have worked.
I just got a call from someone who had seen my work in Laguna Beach many years ago. She liked it so much that even though she didn't buy anything from me, she saved my business card.
Well, it turns out she is a freelance writer and she is working on a newspaper article for Valentine's Day. She wants to use the image of one of my pieces to illustrate her article.
First of all, a big round of applause to Patricia for asking to use my image. I have had so many of my images used without my permission that I've finally just given up trying to combat the problem.
And second, a big round of applause for me for creating a memorable business card. Every once in a while the seeds that have been planted over the years bear fruit.
What have you done to make your business cards memorable?
